Life is full of puzzles.

In working with individuals who have encountered various traumas or abuse in their past, they are often left feeling as if the many pieces of their lives have been shattered and pulled apart, no longer revealing the beautiful picture of the person once there.

Like the many pieces of a puzzle, they are yearning to be re-connected...step by step...piece by piece.

  • Are you able to see and appreciate the precious child of God that you are?
  • Are there times in your life when you are feeling as if certain pieces are just not matching up?
  • What will it take for you to allow the newly restored image of you to be seen once again?

With each piece you discover about yourself, you get closer to revealing the person you truly are.

Making the Pieces Fit.

What pieces of your life do you spend days, months, and even years attempting to arrange into some perfect space? For many of us, there are certain pieces that just don't seem to match up.

With all the running we do, when do we really take the time to...

As I sit back and reflect upon those puzzle pieces of my life I wonder…
What pieces in your puzzle are you attempting to shove into that perfect space?
Sometimes, no matter how hard we try on our own, many of us need the assistance of another individual in placing certain pieces back together.

If you or a loved one are looking for assistance dealing with trauma, stress, or addiction, you found the right place.

Allow me to walk with you on your journey of healing.  It might surprise you at how quickly your puzzle starts to fall into place.
